We have worked with Business IT Professionals as brand consultants, strategy executors and public relations managers for several years.
Business IT Professionals (Biz IT Pro) was already a well-branded IT support company; Holy Cow’s services were enlisted to rebrand the company in a way that would not confuse people who already knew Biz IT Pro. In order to accomplish this, we redeveloped their positioning strategy and engaged in various PR activities to publicize this new direction to the new target audience.
In addition to public relations, we redesigned Biz IT Pro’s website to focus on this new positioning. The site utilizes pull-marketing techniques to draw prospective customers in, and enables them to connect with Biz IT Pro at anytime during their visit to the site. We worked with our development partner, Imp Designs, to create a complex offer system to capture the data of and qualify prospects who visited the site. The site is designed to look simple, but has complex technical features, including integration with Biz IT Pro’s customer relationship management system.

The Assistance League of Raleigh is a community-based nonprofit organization that needed a full branding solution to gain recognition from their national chapter, boost membership, and garner more donations to fund their philanthropic efforts.
We provided Assistance League of Raleigh with an array of general branding materials and comprehensive event planning for their flagship fundraiser, Festival of Trees of Raleigh. Among other things, we’ve helped them with marketing strategy, social media efforts, public relations, and the planning of several smaller events, like their Power of Style Fashion Show, which raised money for local charity initiatives like Operation School Bell, H.O.P.E. for Kids and Silver Slippers.
Griffin Engineering & Technical Services is a family owned and operated business that truly strives to help us live harmoniously with the environment. We worked with the owners and the management team to create a brand message that would be embraced by the entire company.
We partnered with Griffin Engineering to help them raise the level of professionalism of their brand image. We created a cleaner logo for their corporate communication, developed a website that can be used to highlight their capabilities and explain how they approach business and we have designed a direct mail campaign they will launch throughout 2009. This campaign focuses on communicating Griffin’s strengths and philosophy to their prospective clients, while showing the benefits prospects will reap when working with them.
To this day, we are providing consulting services to Griffin. These services will enable them to develop the tools their employees need for day to day success. We are working on sales material, strategy and process that will be embraced by the entire staff.

Murphy Business & Financial Corporation is one of the top business brokerage firms in the country. We had the honor of helping them develop target-specific advertising.
We have worked with Murphy Business & Financial - NC Corporation to help develop a presence for the brokerage firm in the NC market. We worked with the firm to create messaging and advertising to prospective clients, as well as to channel partners. The NC division of Murphy Business became one of the fastest growing brokerages in the Southeast.

We performed a thorough brand overhaul for Home Care Software Solutions, a provider of comprehensive software solutions for home healthcare professionals.
Before we partnered with Home Care Software Solutions, they were a company without a recognizable brand. We helped them completely rework their corporate identity from the ground up. Through an extensive process that included logo development and design, website layout design, software layout strategy and design, design for myriad print materials, brand strategy, consulting and even t-shirt creation among other things, we’ve helped Home Care Software Solutions tell their market what makes them great.
We worked with the entire faculty and staff of Campbell’s Lundy-Fetterman School of Business to help them develop their brand strategy.
The Lundy-Fetterman School of Business is poised to reach great heights. They just needed direction and objectivity to help them focus their brand message. Over the course of six months, we worked with the faculty and staff to create messaging that was meaningful to each of them, as well as to each of their target markets. The brand strategy we developed helped them understand how to communicate about their school, especially when speaking with their various audiences.
Once we finished their brand strategy, we began working with the LFSB to help them develop marketing materials to reach out to potential donors and past graduates. The content of these materials focuses on the information we uncovered during our branding workshops.
We worked with the Southeast Raleigh Assembly, a local nonprofit, to create a visual corporate identity that included a logo and print marketing materials.
The Southeast Raleigh Assembly needed a brand image that would convey their powerful mission. We developed their logo, and incorporated it into a variety of print materials.
We worked with key stakeholders from Paladin Financial Services to develop a brand strategy, which we then communicated in their revised logo, stationery, corporate brochure and company website.
After more than 20 years of providing general financial planning, Paladin Financial Services decided to shift their focus from a market looking for general advising to those needing retirement and income planning services. Because of this shift, Paladin needed to go through a rebranding process to determine how to position themselves in their new target market.
We worked with executives from the firm to develop a brand strategy that will be used in all future marketing efforts. We complemented the strategy with a corporate identity package, brochure and website that embody Paladin’s new brand and effectively convey that message to prospective clients.

From corporate identity to web design to podcasting and marketing strategy. You name it, we’ve done it for Sharon Hill International.
Although Sharon Hill had a great passion for etiquette and an impressive ability to deliver captivating, humorous and interesting presentations, no one knew who she was. In order to sell herself to corporations, universities and organizations, she needed a strong brand and coordinated marketing package. Our strategy for Sharon Hill International was to make a large impact on the local community and to branch out accordingly. Since partnering with Sharon in 2005, Sharon Hill International now works throughout the continental United States. Currently, we are working with Sharon to develop a multimedia campaign that will embrace the use of social media, online advertising and direct marketing.

As marketers, we think it is important that you see how we market ourselves, as well. We try to push the envelope, coming up with things that are different, fun and a little edgy. Most important, we try to set an example for our clients… or at least do a good job keeping them thinking about us.
